Travel Arcadia is a trading name of HBR Enterprises.

Bookings

Apartments are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking and the balance may be paid upon arrival at the Resort. At least one member of any party must be over the age of 23 years.

 

Charges

The prices displayed on the website are a total for your requested stay. Any extras such as a safe, additional cleaning, telephone calls etc will be charged for.

 

Payment

You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the booking to secure your reservation. Where a deposit or full payment is required in advance, by booking, you are authorising the debiting of the card provided.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Bank Transfer

Payment by Credit / Debit Card

Guests must pay the accommodation balance on arrival and any outstanding charges from during your stay should be settled on departure.

 

Cancellation / Non-Arrival

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking which is non refundable. In the event of you having to cancel a reservation, provided that at least 14 days notice is given your deposit may be transferred to a future reservation. Non arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

 

Change of Booking Details

Where the booking permits, any change to the arrival date, departure date or apartment type is subject to availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change.

 

Arrival and Departure

Guests may check-in at any time from 4pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their apartment by 10am. A late check-out after this time can be requested, subject to availability and will be charged for at the discretion of the Administration.

Dependent on the individual needs of the Guest, a selection of specifically designed apartments is provided. Please contact us on 0800 133 7979 to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation.

 

If you have a problem

In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the management at the time, to ensure that we have the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay.

If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved fully, please submit details in writing as soon as possible to Travel Arcadia Reservations..
